Job summary

Fusion Transport is seeking an Operations Supervisor to lead the second shift in a fast-paced 3PL environment. This role oversees 15-20 associates, coordinates inbound and outbound shipments, and drives efficiency with WMS, TMS and RF technology. You will monitor safety, performance and training while delivering excellent customer service.

The position reports to the Operations Manager and requires a data-driven mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and cost reduction.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of cross-dock, logistics or transportation ops experience.
• Proficient with MS Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
• Willingness to work evening and overtime shifts when needed.
• Experience with multiple WMS and RF technology.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee second shift of 15-20 front line associates in cross-dock operations.
• Coordinate with shift leaders to ensure on-time deliveries to retailers.
• Ensure timely inbound/outbound shipments and compliance with requirements.
• Monitor dock flow, labor allocation and productivity; minimize delays.
• Supervise attendance, performance and policy compliance.
• Assist with training and onboarding of new staff.
