McGee Air Services is seeking an Operations Supervisor to ensure top-tier ground handling, monitor performance, and lead a safety-focused team. You will translate operational data into actionable briefs and strategy, mentoring teammates to achieve safety and efficiency goals.

The role emphasizes collaboration with leadership and customers, with responsibilities across ramp, fleet, and safety domains. A flight operations mindset and a passion for high-performance service are essential.

Qualifications

• Two (2) years of airline experience with proven skills in station operations preferred.
• Highly self-motivated with the ability to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to diffuse tense situations and workplace conflicts.
• Experience coaching and counseling team members on performance issues is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Establish a culture of open communication and engagement across the operation.
• Dispatch, assign work, monitor ramp operations, fleet performance, and baggage transfer operations.
• Coach and mentor team members to ensure safety and performance metrics are met.
• Prepare and present safety and operational briefings to McGee and customers.
