Victoria's Secret & Co. is seeking an Operations Supervisor in Cheyenne to lead and support frontline execution, stock organization, and store readiness.

You will report to the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager and drive open communication with cross-functional partners. You will oversee shipment and replenishment, maintain inventory accuracy, uphold safety and cleanliness, and identify operational issues for timely escalation.

• Supports cleanliness, safety, and compliance
• Identifies and escalates operational issues
• Scope and level of responsibility may vary based on store size and business complexity. In some locations, this role may take on broader responsibility for leading the business
