• Lead upcoming season planning for food concepts, equipment, and operational excellence.
• Oversee payroll and controllable profit within established guidelines.
• Schedule appropriate staff levels in accordance with budget and forecast.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment for all employees and guests.
