Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years in operations supervision, startup growth, or similar roles.
• Experience managing an hourly workforce; union experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Mentor, train and develop employees.
• Plan routes and ensure proper staffing.
• Coordinate fleet maintenance and repairs.
• Ensure buildings and vehicles are properly equipped.
• Create, iterate and improve standard operating procedures.
• Handle inventory counts of bins, bags and supplies.
• Partner with stakeholders for material management and delivery.
• Schedule and timecard adjustments.
• Lead day-to-day operations of the team.
• Address performance issues and implement corrective actions.
• Oversee inventory control and resources.
• Promote safety protocols and a safe work environment.
• Oversee productivity and KPIs for fleet and warehouse.
• Be a trainer and backup driver as needed.
• Collaborate with Regional Director on fleet performance.
