Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years of operations supervision, startup growth, or similar experience.
• Experience managing an hourly workforce; union experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Mentor, train and develop employees.
• Plan routes and ensure proper staffing.
• Coordinate fleet maintenance and repairs.
• Ensure the building and vehicles are properly equipped.
• Create, iterate, and improve standard operating procedures.
• Handle inventory counts of bins, bags, and supplies as needed.
• Partner with stakeholders for material management and delivery.
• Lead day-to-day operations of the team.
• Address performance issues and implement corrective actions.
• Oversee inventory and ensure resources for operations.
• Promote and enforce safety protocols and procedures.
• Oversee productivity and KPIs for fleet and warehouse teams.
• Be a trainer and backup driver as needed.
• Collaborate with the Regional Director on fleet performance and staffing.
