Job summary

Brobston Group is seeking an Operations Supervisor to oversee distribution center activities, including inbound, outbound, returns, ecommerce, and spare parts, at our Grand Prairie, Texas facility. You will assign labor, guide and develop a team, and drive improvements to meet targets.

The role requires leadership experience, strong English communication, and familiarity with SAP EWMS and Lean/Six Sigma concepts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
• Previous leadership experience and intermediate Microsoft Office skills.
• Proficiency with SAP Extended Warehouse Management tools and working knowledge of SAP.
• Ability to manage operational projects and support process improvement using Lean, Kaizen, and Six Sigma concepts.
• Professional written and verbal English communication, strong interpersonal skills, and flexibility to meet business needs.
