ID Logistics (IDL), a global leader in third‑party logistics, is seeking an Operations Supervisor in Somerset, NJ to lead a warehouse team, assign tasks, coach staff, and report results to senior management.

First Shift, Sunday–Wednesday Days, salary $72,000–$80,000 plus bonus with benefits including PTO, medical, dental and vision insurance, and 401(k) matching. Requires 2+ years in a warehouse supervisory role and a high school diploma; a bachelor’s degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; some college preferred.
• 2+ years in a warehousing supervisor role.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Promote a safe environment for product, associates, and temporary workers.
• Follow established procedures for receiving/shipping, handling, and inventory accuracy.
• Provide on-the-job coaching and training to maintain skills.
• Coordinate vacations, payroll, and time sheets for staff and temps.
• Oversee associates and ensure GMP for food-grade warehouse.
