Job summary

Orca Bio is seeking an Associate, Cell Therapy Handling and Cryopreservation - Day Shift in Sacramento to support receipt of patient materials and cryopreservation of cellular products. You will coordinate final drug product shipments in a GMP environment and maintain accurate records.

Ideal candidates have a Life Sciences background, strong attention to detail, and experience with cryogenic systems. Roles involve on-site work in a clean room with occasional overtime based on production needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or related field preferred.
• 1-3 years in a GMP-regulated biotech or pharma setting preferred.
• Understanding of cell therapy manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities

• Receive and inspect incoming materials; verify labeling and temperature.
• Assist in cryopreservation of intermediate and final products.
• Coordinate labeling, packaging, and shipment of drug products.
• Maintain batch records and comply with GMP/GDP standards.
