Job summary

Orca Bio in Sacramento, CA is seeking a Logistics Specialist to ensure secure, timely transport of donor cells and drug products between manufacturing sites and transplant centers. You will monitor courier runs in real time, resolve disruptions, maintain chain‑of‑custody records, and coordinate with internal teams to keep shipments moving toward the treatment center.

• Bachelor's degree and 2–3 years of relevant logistics experience.
• Experience in regulated environments is a plus.
• Proficiency with logistics tracking systems and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Provide live tracking of courier flights throughout active runs.
• Make real-time decisions to rebook travel and re-route couriers during disruptions.
• Manage up to 8 concurrent transports and resolve issues end-to-end.
• Coordinate with manufacturing, clinical schedulers and recipient sites to align timelines.
