Job summary

San Francisco Bay Coffee in Lincoln, CA is seeking an Operations Supervisor to lead a production team in delivering safe, high-quality, and efficient manufacturing outcomes. You will set goals, coach frontline staff, and partner with plant leadership to implement continuous improvement programs while maintaining GMP standards.

The role requires strong leadership, lean manufacturing knowledge, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced FMCG environment, with shifts Monday–Friday 2:00pm–10:30pm

Qualifications

• Bilingual-Spanish is preferred
• Bachelor's degree with 2 years of production/operations experience, or 5 years in lieu of degree
• 3-5 years in a FMCG environment with leadership experience

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with plant leadership to set measurable production and safety goals
• Installs real-time measurement systems to track day-to-day production and quality
• Implements production practices to meet productivity and quality targets
• Fosters continuous improvement and learning to maintain industry leadership
• Coaches the production team toward common objectives and develops staff
• Manages cost standards, customer specs, and investigations as required
• Ensures GMP compliance and safety awareness through training and reporting
• Supports lean initiatives and performance-based reporting
