You will guide team members, maintain store policies, and deliver a welcoming customer experience while upholding safety and cash-handling procedures. This role requires flexibility across early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Six months in a role with customer interactions.
• Experience delegating tasks to two or more employees (min. 6 months).
• Ability to coach food/beverage prep to standard recipes.
• Strong knowledge of store policies and safety standards.
• Able to handle cash and maintain security.

Responsibilities

• Direct the work of team members and delegate tasks.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues.
• Ensure beverages and food are prepared to standard recipes and customer specs.
• Maintain attendance, punctuality, and flexible scheduling as needed.
