Job summary

SF Bay Coffee in Lincoln, CA is seeking an Operations Supervisor to lead a production team focused on safety, quality, and performance. You will drive continuous improvement initiatives and develop frontline staff on GMP and lean practices.

You will collaborate with plant leadership to meet daily production requirements, support cost controls, and ensure adherence to customer specifications while fostering a culture of learning and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent experience in production/operations.
• 2+ years in production/operations preferred; 5+ years acceptable in lieu of degree.
• Experience in FMCG environments and leadership roles is required.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with plant leadership to set and achieve safety, quality, and performance goals.
• Installs measurement systems to monitor day-to-day production targets.
• Implements practices to meet productivity and quality objectives and schedules.
• Coaches the production team toward common goals and development.
• Drives continuous improvement and lean initiatives across operations.
• Trains staff on GMPs and safety requirements.
