Job summary

Blue Bottle Coffee is seeking production team members for our West Sacramento facility to support packaging and fulfillment for guests and Digital subscribers. This role emphasizes accurate bean handling, line setup, labeling, and keeping the station clean and organized.

Shifts run Sunday through Thursday, 1:00 pm to 9:30 pm. You must be able to lift up to 50 lbs, read and speak English, and adhere toFood Safety, Quality, and GMP guidelines while delivering reliable teamwork and consistent

Qualifications

• Experience in fast-paced production environments.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs comfortably.
• Proficient reading and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Fulfill coffee bean orders with attention to detail.
• Prepare the production line: blending, weighing, bagging, and organizing beans.
• Assemble, pack, label, and organize coffee bags with care.
• Maintain a clean, organized station and warehouse after batches.
• Support teammates to keep production running smoothly.
• Participate in weekly machine maintenance and report issues.
• Follow Food Safety, Quality and GMP guidelines.
