Qualifications

• Six (6) months of experience in a position that required constant interacting with and fulfilling the requests of customers
• At least six (6) months of experience delegating tasks to other employees and coordinating tasks

Responsibilities

• Direct the work of others and coach team members
• Prepare and coach beverage/food production to standard recipes
• Maintain quality beverages and food, cash handling, and store safety
• Ensure attendance, flexibility, and reliable punctuality
• Lead the team during shifts and handle customer requests
• Promote a welcoming, community-focused store environment
• Collaborate with store leadership to meet performance goals
