Job summary

IES Residential Inc. is seeking a Supervisory Assistant for our Colorado Springs location. The role supports daily operations, staff supervision, scheduling, and KPI tracking to ensure efficient workflows. On-site work is required, with emphasis on safety compliance and accurate recordkeeping.

The position emphasizes training and coaching of team members, effective communication, and collaboration across departments to meet project goals. Minimum 2–4 years in supervision is expected.

Qualifications

• Must have supervisory experience and strong organizational ability.
• Ability to coordinate workflows and monitor KPI progress.
• Effective communication and leadership to coach team members.

Responsibilities

• Assist in supervising daily operations and supporting departmental goals, KPI s.
• Coordinate and monitor staff workflow to ensure tasks are completed accurately and on schedule.
• Support training, coaching, and development of team members to improve performance.
• Assist with scheduling staff, assigning responsibilities, and monitoring attendance.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
• Address operational issues and customer service matters promptly.
• Maintain accurate records and departmental documentation.
• Monitor inventory and resources to support efficiency.
• Contribute to process improvements and operational initiatives.
• Communicate with employees, management, vendors, and other departments.
