Qualifications

• 2+ years of warehouse experience.
• Experience with WMS (PkMS) or similar systems.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations.
• Ability to lead and develop staff.
• Strong prioritization and time management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Ensure fiscal responsibility with budgets, forecasts, cost control and reporting related to labor planning and supplies.
• Oversee replenishment and wave-based material handling and VAS.
• Maintain appropriate staffing levels for daily/monthly workflows.
• Set clear, measurable goals for associates.
• Provide supervisory leadership to ensure excellent service to internal and external customers.
• Create and analyze DC/LM reports to meet throughput goals.
• Ensure compliance with VF policies and procedures.
