Job summary

VF Corporation's Jonestown Distribution Center seeks an Operations Supervisor to oversee replenishment, picking, and value-added services, ensuring accurate and timely throughput.

You will manage staffing, set daily to yearly objectives, generate DC/LM reports, and ensure compliance with VF policies while coaching area associates to deliver outstanding service to internal and external customers. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred; 2+ years warehouse leadership required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of warehouse experience or equivalent
• Experience with WMS (PkMS) or similar systems, RF and MHE
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations
• Ability to lead, coach and develop staff
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in core computer skills (Microsoft Office)

Responsibilities

• Oversee replenishment, picking, trouble resolution and VAS operations
• Ensure staffing levels meet daily/monthly workload and goals
• Set clear objectives and provide supervisory leadership to associates
• Generate DC/LM reports to monitor throughput and performance
• Ensure compliance with VF policies and procedures
