Job summary

VF Corporation in Jonestown, PA, is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to manage labor planning, reporting, and staffing for the distribution center serving Vans, The North Face, and Timberland brands. You will lead a team, analyze throughput, and ensure compliance with VF policies.

The role requires 2+ years of warehouse experience, WMS (PkMS) proficiency, OSHA knowledge, and strong bilingual English/Spanish communication. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred, with weekend extended hours possible.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of warehouse experience or equivalent.
• Experience with WMS (PkMS) or other WMS, RF and MHE technologies.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations.
• Ability to lead, coach and develop staff to improve performance.
• Ability to balance and prioritize competing demands.
• Ability to interact with all levels of management with confidence and respect.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Proficient in core computer skills (Microsoft Office).
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Ensure fiscal responsibility targets with budgets and forecasts, cost control and reporting for labor planning and supplies.
• Oversee replenishment on a wave-by-wave basis through fast pick/shelf picking, trouble resolution and VAS.
• Ensure staffing levels meet daily/monthly workflows.
• Set clear, measurable goals for associates daily/monthly/yearly.
• Provide supervisory leadership to ensure outstanding service to internal and external customers.
• Establish workload priorities and daily objectives for the area.
• Create, generate, and analyze DC/LM reports to ensure throughput goals are met.
• Ensure full compliance with VF policies and procedures.
