Job summary

Convergint is seeking a full-time Operations Supervisor in the Sioux Falls area to lead and deliver service projects. You will coordinate resources, manage costs, and drive customer satisfaction while fostering a collaborative, safety-conscious culture.

The role requires 3–5 years of relevant experience, a college degree, and strong MS Office skills. Travel is expected, and the company offers a supportive environment with competitive compensation and benefits.

• Responsible for maximizing customer satisfaction by effectively executing all assigned projects.
• Responsible for the effective management of resources, costs and customer satisfaction for effective project completion and delivery.
• Assists the Operations Manager and oversees Project Managers and/or Coordinators in all aspects of the project.
• Performs other duties and responsibilities as requested or required.

Requirements

Education: College degree, trade school or equivalent experience

Minimum Experience: 3-5 years relevant

Preferred Experience: (but not required):

• Engineering, Field, or project management
• Experience in 1 or more of the following industries: electronic, fire alarm & life safety, building automation, and/or healthcare
