Job summary

Convergint is seeking a full-time Operations Supervisor to join our dynamic team and culture. You will lead projects and supervise personnel to maximize customer satisfaction and project delivery.

Education: college degree or equivalent; 3–5 years of operations supervision and experience with low-voltage installations preferred. Compensation ranges from $90,000 to $110,000 annually plus benefits and growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Maximize customer satisfaction by effectively executing all assigned projects.

• Assist the Operations Manager and oversee Project Managers/Coordinators in all aspects of the project.
• Performs other duties and responsibilities as requested or required.

• Assists the Operations Manager and oversees Project Managers and/or Coordinators in all aspects of the project.

Requirements

Education: College degree, trade school or equivalent experience

Minimum Experience

• 3-5 years relevant operations supervision experience
• Experience managing multiple low-voltage installation projects at a time

Preferred Experience: (but not required):

• Experience in 1 or more of the following industries: electronic, fire alarm & life safety, building automation, and/or healthcare

The anticipated compensation of this position is $90,000 - $110,000 annual salary.
