Job summary

Convergint is seeking a full-time Operations Supervisor to join our dynamic team in Sioux Falls. You will drive results, oversee multiple projects, and contribute to our culture of growth as Convergint grows.

You will lead a high-performing team, manage resources and costs, ensure customer satisfaction, and collaborate with Operations leadership to deliver on-time, quality outcomes for our clients.

This role emphasizes teamwork, development, and a strong commitment to our core values.

• Responsible for maximizing customer satisfaction by effectively executing all assigned projects.
• Responsible for the effective management of resources, costs and customer satisfaction for effective project completion and delivery.
• Assists the Operations Manager and oversees Project Managers and/or Coordinators in all aspects of the project.
• Performs other duties and responsibilities as requested or required.

Requirements

Education: College degree, trade school or equivalent experience

Minimum Experience: 3-5 years relevant

Preferred Experience: (but not required):

• Engineering, Field, or project management
• Experience in 1 or more of the following industries: electronic, fire alarm & life safety, building automation, and/or healthcare
• Previous project supervisory
