Convergint is seeking an Operations Supervisor to join our dynamic team in a full-time role. You will drive project execution, lead teams, and maintain a strong customer focus within a culture of growth and inclusion.

Responsibilities include overseeing projects, managing resources and costs, and supporting the Operations Manager and Project Managers. Travel is required, and Convergint offers competitive benefits and advancement opportunities.

Qualifications

• College degree or trade school or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience.
• Preferred: engineering, field, or project management background.

Responsibilities

• Maximize customer satisfaction by effectively executing projects.
• Manage resources, costs, and customer satisfaction for successful delivery.
• Assist the Operations Manager and oversee Project Managers/Coordinators.
• Perform other duties as required.

• Assists the Operations Manager and oversees Project Managers and/or Coordinators in all aspects of the project.
• Performs other duties and responsibilities as requested or required.

• Leadership Orientation – Actively seeks ways in which to act as a role model, guide, develop and mentor others within the Operations Department.
• Strong financial analytical skills including cost control.

Requirements:

Education: College degree, trade school or equivalent experience

Minimum Experience: 3-5 years relevant

Preferred Experience: (but not required):

• Engineering, Field, or project management
• Experience in 1 or more of the following industries: electronic, fire alarm & life safety, building automation, and/or healthcare
