Job summary

Convergint is seeking a full-time Operations Supervisor to join a culture focused on growth and excellence. You will lead project execution, manage resources and costs, and mentor project teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery.

Candidates should have a college degree or equivalent, 3–5 years of relevant experience, and comfort working with engineering, field, or project management in industries such as electronics, life safety, building automation, or healthcare.

• Minimum Experience: 3-5 years relevant
• Preferred Experience: Engineering, Field, or project management
• Industry exposure: electronics, fire alarm & life safety, building automation, and/or healthcare

Responsibilities

• Maximize customer satisfaction by effectively executing all assigned projects.
• Oversee effective management of resources, costs and customer satisfaction for project completion and delivery.
• Assist the Operations Manager and oversee Project Managers/Coordinators in all aspects of the project.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as requested or required.
