Circular Services is seeking a Supervisor in Tuscaloosa, AL, to oversee daily operations of workers handling machines that process recyclable materials such as metal, glass, plastic, paper and cardboard. The role includes leading a team of about 16 employees, ensuring safety standards, and coordinating production schedules.
The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or GED and prior supervisory experience, strong mechanical aptitude, and good communication skills.

About the Role:
The Supervisor will oversee and coordinate activities of workers engaged in operating machines that process (screen, sort, separate and bale) household recyclable materials such as metal, glass, plastic, paper and cardboard.

The normal work environment is exposed to wet and/or humid conditions; moving mechanical parts; outside weather conditions and vibration. The employee is occasionally exposed to high, precarious places. The noise level in the work environment is usually loud, requiring necessary precautions, including PPE
