ISS Facility Services / Guckenheimer seeks a Cleaning Supervisor to oversee custodians across three shifts in a manufacturing setting. The role is the onsite supervisor for all custodial functions, ensuring safety, quality, and timely completion of tasks, while coordinating with the Facility Manager and District/Key Account leadership.

Ideal candidates have five years in janitorial roles, plus at least one year of supervision; bilingual Spanish/English is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must have at least five years of janitorial experience with a facilities maintenance/janitorial services firm.
• At least one year of supervisory experience is required.
• Must be able to provide hands-on oversight to a custodial team of up to five members per shift.
• Must read, write, and speak English proficiently.

Responsibilities

• Directs and oversees union custodial workforce at the site.
• Schedules employees and work according to site needs.
• Directs special cleaning projects and ensures safety rules are followed.
• Maintains timekeeping records and processes payroll for employees.
• Disciplines employees in partnership with the Janitorial Manager.
• Ensures completion of janitorial work and related administrative tasks.
