Qualifications

• Leadership experience supervising teams and coordinating schedules.

• Experience coordinating fleet maintenance and enforcing safety procedures (DOT/FMCSA).

Responsibilities

• Supervise and dispatch move teams daily; coordinate scheduling and truck assignments.
• Interview, hire, and onboard new employees; oversee training.
• Coordinate fleet maintenance and equipment inventory; ensure trucks are kept safe and clean.
• Promote safety and ensure DOT/FMCSA compliance.
• Develop employees and implement corrective action programs.
• Serve as on-call emergency contact outside normal business hours.
• Review financial statements and performance data to drive productivity and cost improvements.
• Handle customer concerns and coordinate damage resolution with Claims Manager.

What You’ll Do

• Supervise and dispatch move teams daily, coordinate employee scheduling and truck assignments.
• Determine staffing requirements, interview, hire, and oversee new employee onboarding and training.
• Coordinate and direct fleet maintenance and equipment inventory; ensure trucks and equipment are maintained in a clean, safe, and professional manner.
• Promote safety and uphold safety procedures and policies; ensure compliance with all DOT regulations and FMCSA guidelines.
• Responsible for employee development, accountability, and corrective action programs.
• Responsible for being an “on-call” emergency contact outside of normal business hours.
• Reviews financial statements, sales and activity reports, and other performance data to measure productivity and goal achievement and to determine areas needing cost reduction and program improvement.
• Handles customer concerns and supervises the damage resolution process, coordinates with Claims Manager
