• Ensure FIFO inventory practices are utilized and inventory levels are maintained accurately.
• Provide training, tools, and support to employees to ensure successful performance.
• Maintain housekeeping standards and enforce safety and compliance protocols.
• Plan and schedule distribution services including receiving, storing, shipping, and administrative activities.
• Communicate professionally with customers and internal teams to meet goals and resolve issues.
• Ensure accurate billing, invoicing, and documentation in compliance with company standards.
• Assist in the disposition of obsolete materials and optimize space utilization.
• Stay current on part changes and operating procedures within assigned areas.
• Foster a respectful and professional work environment built on clear communication.
