Job summary

RBW Logistics Corp is hiring a Customer Service Representative for our warehouse team in Augusta, GA. You will support logistics operations by coordinating shipments, managing freight, drayage, and scheduling, while ensuring accurate invoicing and clear customer communication.

You’ll serve as the liaison between warehouse teams and customers, resolve issues, and contribute to continuous service improvements.

WhatYou’llDo

As a Customer Service Representative,you’llbe the vital link between our warehouse operations and our customers.You’llmanage freight brokerage, drayage, and scheduling of inbound and outbound shipments, while ensuringtimelyandaccurateinvoicing.You’llalso play a key role inmaintainingstrong customer relationships, resolving issues, and supporting continuous improvement across our service processes.

Your Impact

Customer Service & Communication

• Serve as the primary liaison between warehouse teams and customers, ensuring clear andtimelycommunication.
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism and urgency.
• Write and deliveraccuratebusiness correspondence and apply professional telephone communication skills.
• Escalate complex issues to management when necessary, ensuring resolution and customer satisfaction.

Order & Shipment Coordination

• Accurately process inbound and outbound paperwork, ensuring data integrity andtimelysystem updates.
• Schedule and coordinate freight, drayage, and load appointments to meet customer timelines.
• Ensure all special requests are documented and executed according to customer expectations

Billing & Documentation

• Prepare and issueaccurateinvoices for receiving, outbound processing, and value-added services.
• Complete month-end billing and ensure all customer accounts are invoiced by the 2nd business day of each month.
• Maintainclean, auditable records and documentation for all transactions.

Inventory & Process Support

• Assistwith physical inventories and second counts to support 99% inventory accuracy.
• Identifyprocessinefficiencies and support improvements to enhance service and cost-effectiveness.
• Promote and uphold company policies and procedures as outlined in the employee manual.

WhatYou’llNeed to Succeed

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proficiencyin Microsoft Office (especially Excel); familiarity with WMS systems is a plus.
• Ability to multitask and stay focused under pressure.
• Customer-first mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Previousexperience inlogistics, warehousing, or customer service preferred.
