The Senior Operations Supervisor is responsible for leading daily warehouse and operational activities, ensuring all processes are executed efficiently, safely, and in alignment with company standards and customer expectations. This role provides oversight of both operational and administrative functions, drives key performance metrics, and ensures compliance with applicable company policies as well as federal, state, and local regulations. The position plays a critical role in asset protection, workforce development, cost control, safety performance, and operational excellence while supporting the General Manager in achieving facility objectives and long-term strategic initiatives.

- eEnsure compliance with OSHA, DOT, ADA, and all other applicable regulatory requirements

.Qualifications & Skill
- sHigh school diploma or equivalent required
- .Strong reading, writing, and basic mathematical abilities
- .Ability to operate warehouse equipment and machinery as needed
- .Effective analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- .Strong verbal and written communication abilities
- .Minimum of 3 years of warehouse, logistics, or distribution center experience preferred
- .Previous leadership or supervisory experience managing teams in a fast-paced environment preferred
