Operations Supervisor

PSC Group is seeking a motivated and results-driven Operations Supervisor to lead daily operations in a fast-paced industrial environment. This position is responsible for ensuring safe, efficient operations, developing employees, and delivering exceptional customer service. Job Duties & Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise daily operations while promoting a strong safety culture
• Maintain compliance with regulations, company policies, and safety standards
• Identify and implement process improvements that enhance safety, efficiency, and productivity
• Manage employee performance through coaching, training, and accountability
• Coordinate personnel, equipment, and work schedules to meet operational and customer needs
• Collaborate with PSC’s commercial team to sustain and grow the site’s book of business through proactive identification of opportunities and scope expansions.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, employees, and leadership
• Exercise sound judgment and decision-making in a fast-paced environment Complete other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Regular attendance and punctuality required
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Ability to wear required PPE and pass any associated medical evaluations
• Ability to work in an industrial environment with exposure to chemicals, fumes, odors, and other site conditions

Work Schedule:

Monday - Friday Day Shift (Some weekends required)
