Job Duties & Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise daily operations while promoting a strong safety culture
• Maintain compliance with regulations, company policies, and safety standards
• Identify and implement process improvements that enhance safety, efficiency, and productivity
• Manage employee performance through coaching, training, and accountability
• Coordinate personnel, equipment, and work schedules to meet operational and customer needs
• Collaborate with PSC's commercial team to sustain and grow the site's book of business through proactive identification of opportunities and scope expansions.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, employees, and leadership
