Job Description

We are seeking a talented Operations Supervisor to lead teams ensuring smooth program and business process operations, delivering projects and programs to clients. This role is primarily internal-facing but may involve direct client contact.

Ideal candidate qualities include:

• Partnering with teams for data entry, forecasting, and requirements.
• Ensuring delivery and quality assurance in line with program guidelines.
• Managing projects and processes.
• Handling Data Management for various support functions.
• Managing a team of 4+ individuals.

Qualifications:

• 2-4 years of client interaction experience.
• 1-2 years of people management experience.

Compensation: $64,000 - $66,000 depending on experience. Range: $63,445 - $88,600 USD.
