Job summary

SIXT Rent a Car, part of the Tom Wood Group, is seeking an Operations Supervisor to lead a customer-focused team in the Indianapolis area and to drive sales and profitability through coaching and effective operation management.

You will coach, train, and develop staff, maintain schedules, ensure staffing levels, and promote a culture of accountability while delivering outstanding customer service daily.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of sales experience required.
• 3-5 years of car rental experience preferred.
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience strongly preferred.
• Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to coach, motivate, and develop team members.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record required.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future employment sponsorship.
• Must be willing to wear company-provided uniforms.
• Ability to communicate in additional languages is a plus.
• Must be available to work day and night shifts, weekends, and holidays.
