SIXT Rent a Car, a proud member of the Tom Wood Group, is hiring Customer Service Representatives for the Cincinnati Airport location. Join a fast-paced team that thrives on helping customers with reservations, rentals, and upgrades.

You will greet guests, process transactions, explain terms, inspect vehicles, and resolve questions with professionalism, all while upholding safety standards and excellent service. This full-time role offers growth opportunities within the Tom Wood Group.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Prior customer service experience preferred (hospitality, retail, or automotive a plus)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Positive attitude with a professional and courteous demeanor
• Ability to remain calm and solution-focused in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions
• Ability to stand or walk for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner and assist with the rental process
• Process reservations, modifications, and vehicle returns
• Educate customers on rental terms, vehicle features, insurance options, and available upgrades
• Conduct vehicle walk arounds before and after rentals to document vehicle condition
• Resolve customer questions, concerns, or complaints with professionalism
• Coordinate with operations to ensure vehicle availability and efficient workflow
• Maintain a clean and organized counter/work area
• Adhere to all company policies, safety procedures, and customer service standards

Pay:$17.00–$19.00/hour(based on experience)

Available Shifts:

1. Sunday–Thursday:7:30 AM – 3:00 PM

2. Friday–Monday (4-day workweek):

   • Friday & Saturday: 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM

   • Sunday & Monday: 9:30 AM – 7:00 PM

3. Monday–Friday:1:30 PM – 9:00 PM
