Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner and assist with the rental process
• Process reservations, modifications, and vehicle returns
• Educate customers on rental terms, vehicle features, insurance options, and available upgrades
• Conduct vehicle walk arounds before and after rentals to document vehicle condition
• Resolve customer questions, concerns, or complaints with professionalism
• Coordinate with operations to ensure vehicle availability and efficient workflow
• Maintain a clean and organized counter/work area
• Adhere to all company policies, safety procedures, and customer service standards

Customer Service Representative (Full-Time)

Location: SIXT Rent a Car - Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport (CVG)

Pay: $17.00-$19.00/hour (based on experience)

Available Shifts:

• Sunday-Thursday: 7:30 AM - 3:00 PM

Friday-Monday (4-day workweek):

• Friday & Saturday: 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM
• Sunday & Monday: 9:30 AM - 7:00 PM
• Monday-Friday: 1:30 PM - 9:00 PM

Job Summary:

SIXT Rent a Car, a proud member of the Tom Wood Group, is seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Service Representatives to join our full-time team at the Cincinnati Airport location. Compensation & Benefits:
