Description

We are hiring a Front Desk/Operations Supervisor!

This position requires working at both our Bistro and Front Desk. Weekends are mandatory, and you will be the first point of contact for your teams. Marriott experience is preferred but not required.

We seek associates and leaders passionate about serving others. As a front desk supervisor, you will be at the hotel's hub, interacting with guests and leading a cohesive team focused on excellent service while maintaining brand and Concord standards. Your proactive, responsive, and caring approach will make a difference. If you enjoy engaging with others, leading a team, and possess a winning personality with a high sense of responsibility, this role is ideal for you. Our culture values respect and development; many supervisors advance to Assistant General Manager roles within a few years.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality service to guests at all times.
  • Check guests in and out efficiently and courteously.
  • Handle guest mail and messages per procedures.
  • Develop knowledge of hotel staff, room locations, rates, amenities, and selling strategies.
  • Process reservation requests efficiently.
  • Answer switchboard calls following proper etiquette.
  • Block rooms and handle special requests.
  • Monitor room availability and assist with yield management and restrictions.
  • Handle guest safe deposits per procedures.
  • Keep lobby and desk area clean and presentable.
  • Know emergency and security procedures thoroughly.
