Job summary

PSC Group seeks an Operations Supervisor to lead site-level teams and oversee daily operations with a focus on safety and quality. The role emphasizes coaching, communication with leadership, and coordination of labor and equipment at our Montana site.

You will enforce procedures and safety policies, monitor productivity, and collaborate across departments to meet production goals while supporting a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.

Qualifications

• Fluent English required for speaking, reading and writing.
• On-site attendance and punctuality are required.
• Ability to work outside in extreme heat or cold.
• Willingness to work with PPE and pass related medical checks.

Operations Supervisor

Job Duties & Responsibilities

• Directly manages site-level workgroups to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality daily operations
• Enforces procedures, safety policies, and work instructions to maintain compliance and operational consistency

• Completes any other duties that may be assigned to complete the job

Job Requirements

• You must be able to: Speak, write, read fluent English. Hear and have good vision
• Regular on-site attendance and punctuality is required
• Work outside in environmental conditions which at times include extreme heat or extreme cold
• Work may involve protected and monitored exposure to chemicals, fumes, odors, or other environmental conditions typical of an industrial facility
• Wear all required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) without restriction and pass any medical examination associated with the use of PPE

Work Schedule

Monday - Friday Day Shift (Some weekends required)
