• Valid CDL preferred.
• Mechanical skills preferred.

Job description

The Operations Supervisor plays a crucial role in our operations team, overseeing daily activities such as ensuring safety compliance, onboarding and training new operators, and providing customer service to clients.

Compensation for this role will be based on education and work experience.

Responsibilities

As an integral part of the team, the Operations Supervisor manages various daily operational tasks, including safety protocol enforcement, staff onboarding and training, and client interactions.

Salary will be commensurate with experience and education.

Qualifications

What You'll Need For Success:

• Supervisory experience is required
• Experience in areas such as Vacuum, Pump Trucks, Commercial Underground Construction, Oil and Gas, Underground Utility, Waste, Equipment Rental, Trucking / Fleet Management
• Valid CDL (preferred)
• Mechanical skills (preferred)

Physical Demands:

• Ability to hear and interpret emergency signals
• Repetitive sitting, lifting, stooping, bending, squatting, kneeling, reaching, crawling
• Ability to lift at least 50 pounds repeatedly
• Work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Potential confined space entry
• Clearance to wear PPE
• Climb ladders and work at heights
• Extended hours and variable shifts
