Position
Operations Supervisor – Boston Logan International Airport, ACTS‑Aviation Security Inc.
Salary
Salary Range: $60,000 – $70,000 per year.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide support to ACTS Leads and Security Agents in daily activities established by customer requirements.
- Assist in scheduling and assigning Security Agents to ensure proper coverage and relief.
- Serve as liaison for Local Airline Customers, Host Catering units, TSA, and other Government authorities.
- Ensure and maintain all security‑related records as required by local Airline Customers, TSA, and Government authorities.
- Perform regularly scheduled documented audits of employee performance, including video reviews.
- Ensure all Government, Customer, Airline, and local requirements are met.
- Report all daily, weekly, and monthly activities to the appropriate management member.
- Conduct and ensure that all training and orientation are provided to employees.
- Work with Regional HR Manager to recruit, hire, and retain high‑quality Security Agents.
- Disciple agents as necessary.
- Maintain all provisions, regulations, procedures, and processes in the current collective bargaining agreement.
- Perform all other duties as assigned by ACTS‑Aviation Security management.
Requirements
- 5 years of airport or warehouse management experience.
- 3 years of supervisory experience in aviation security functions (not general).
- Knowledge of airline and catering security regulations.
- Must be a U.S. citizen.
- Knowledge of cargo screening.

Education
Associates degree (preferred).
Experience
- 2 years of Airport Operations Management (required).
- 2–5 years of Airport Management (preferred).
- Experience supervising (preferred).
- Experience supervising in a unionized environment (required).
Licenses & Certifications
- Drivers – Non‑CDL (required).
