Position Summary

An Operations Supervisor supports the CVS Store Management team by planning and driving store execution and performance, while building customer loyalty through excellent service. When no manager is onsite, the Operations Supervisor leads store and supervisory staff, ensures smooth operations, and completes all opening and closing procedures.

Essential Functions

• Management: Work effectively with store management and staff; supervise the store crew by assigning, directing, and following up on activities; communicate effectively with management and staff.
• Customer Service: Assist customers, promote CVS customer service culture, handle customer relations issues, and provide personalized feedback and coaching to colleagues.
• Merchandise/Presentation: Price merchandise, stock shelves, support planning and execution of displays, signage, and inventory for weekly, promotional, and seasonal merchandise.

Required Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning, analytical skills, and computer proficiency.
• Advanced communication, supervision, and influencing skills.
• Ability to work a flexible full-time schedule, including early mornings, overnights, weekends, and respond to urgent issues as needed.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience as a retail supervisor.

Education

High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred, but not required.

• Anticipated weekly hours: 40
• Employment type: Full-time
• Pay range: $16.24 - $26.00 per hour, depending on experience and location.
