Clemens Food Group is seeking an experienced Operations Superintendent for our Hatfield, PA facility. This continuous opening targets leaders with a strong track record in large-scale food manufacturing and a passion for safety, quality, service, cost, and people.

You will oversee a substantial operation with frontline supervisors, drive improvements, and grow the next generation of leaders while aligning with shift needs and future opportunities.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive leadership experience in manufacturing or similarly complex environments.
• Experience leading large teams and front-line supervisors in high-volume manufacturing.
• Demonstrated accountability for KPIs (safety, quality, service, labor, yield, productivity, cost).
• Strong coaching and people-development skills to build capable leadership teams.
• Experience identifying root causes, solving operational problems, and sustaining improvements.

Responsibilities

• Own operational performance across safety, food safety, quality, service, labor, yield, cost and productivity.
• Develop leadership team by coaching supervisors and building succession plans.
• Stay connected to the floor and provide leadership during staffing, equipment, or schedule changes.
• Drive continuous improvement to improve throughput, labor utilization, yield and reliability.
• Lead through operational challenges with urgency and sound judgment.
• Build an engaged, accountable culture where expectations are clear and people are respected.
