Job summary

Clemens Food Group is seeking a Director of Operations for the Hatfield facility to lead the 2nd Shift, shape operational strategy, and partner with Sanitation, Trades, Wastewater, Rendering and other plant resources.

What We're Looking For

• Leadership experience within manufacturing or another complex operational environment.
• Experience leading and developing other leaders.
• Demonstrated ability to make decisions and prioritize resources in complex or high‑pressure operating situations.
• Meaningful operational scale or broad responsibility across multiple functions.
• A hands‑on leadership approach with the initiative and urgency to stay close to the operation.

Food manufacturing experience is valuable but not required. We're interested in leaders who have successfully navigated complexity, developed teams, and delivered results in demanding operating environments.

Experience involving Maintenance/Trades, Engineering, Facilities, Infrastructure, or other technical plant functions is also valuable.
