The ideal candidate should have substantial experience in warehouse and distribution operations, along with strong leadership skills. This is a full-time position with competitive pay ranging from $136,815 to $200,624 annually.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years prior warehouse/distribution experience required.
• 7 years of progressive leadership is required.
• Ability to work varied shifts and overtime as required.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, organize and control warehousing and distribution.
• Maintain safety and sanitation standards in the distribution center.
• Oversee inventory control procedures to safeguard the company’s inventory.
