Applause seeks a Senior Manager of Operations to lead operational strategy, processes, and resources across multiple data collection sites in the United States, with potential international locations. The role carries a senior leadership scope and a strong impact on the company’s Delivery Operations and growth.

The position is hybrid, requiring 3–4 days on site at our Midtown NY office, and requires managing budgets, capacity planning, and cross-functional collaboration with Delivery, PMO, and

• 5+ years of experience directly managing teams.
• Demonstrated ability to thrive in fast-paced environments with ambiguous requirements.
• Budget ownership and resource planning experience.
• PMP, Six Sigma, Scrum or Agile certification preferred but not required.
• Strong analytical ability to transform data into actionable insights.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement Operations strategy across U.S. data collection sites and potential international locations.
• Oversee operating budgets for all collection facilities and drive cost optimization.
• Lead site leads and technical resources to ensure day-to-day operations.
• Define scalable processes to improve efficiency and consistency across locales.
• Ensure quality measurements, data quality and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with Delivery, PMO, Security and Infosec to align on capacity planning and growth.
