Applause is seeking a Senior Manager - Operations to steer operational strategy, processes and resources across multiple data collection sites in the United States with potential international locations.

The role leads a team, manages budgets, ensures quality and compliance, and drives scalable processes in a fast-paced environment. The position is hybrid, with 3–4 days on site at the Midtown New York office.

• Senior level role overseeing multiple data collection sites in the US with potential international locations.
• Experience in operations strategy, process design, budget management and cross-functional leadership.
• Ability to drive quality, compliance and operational excellence in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and Implement Operations strategy across collection facilities.
• Manage Operating Budget for all Applause collection facilities.
• Lead a team of site leads and technical resources for day-to-day operations.
• Ensure Quality Measurement and Compliance with security and infosec partners.
• Drive continuous improvement and scalable operating processes.
