Job summary

Bank of America is seeking a data mapping and business analysis professional to resolve complex mapping issues and guide enterprise correspondence projects. The role partners with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate data mappings and governance across MessagePoint, Exstream, and related tools.

You will work within a dynamic operations environment, leading initiatives, and delivering timely solutions with strong stakeholder collaboration in a 40-hour work week (Mon–Fri, 8:00am–5:00pm) at a

Qualifications

3 to 5 years of data mapping, business analysis, or requirements management.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
3 to 5 years leading large-scale initiatives across multiple teams.
Excellent communication and influence to drive decisions.
Ability to multi-task and work under pressure.

Responsibilities

Advises on the design, development, and implementation of complex products, systems, and services in an operations environment using discretionary judgment.
Advises on projects and directs activities of a team related to special initiatives.
Advises as a technical expert in the business unit's operations processes and implications for other groups.
Develops future-state approaches and guides program setup, execution, and control.
Leads data mapping governance and documentation, including target codes and MPIDs.
