Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of experience in data mapping, business analysis, or requirements management.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• 3 to 5 years experience leading large‑scale initiatives across multiple business and technology teams with competing timelines.
• Excellent communication and influence skills with the ability to drive decisions and outcomes.
• Ability to multi‑task, work within short deadlines and perform well under pressure.
• Outstanding interpersonal skills and ability to solicit input from others.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a virtual team.
• Identify, solve, or elevate issues to ensure timelines are met.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Advise on the design, development, and implementation of complex products, systems, and services in an operations environment using discretionary judgment.
• Advise on projects and directs activities of a team related to special initiatives.
• Advise as a technical expert in assigned area, providing an understanding of the business unit's operations processes and implications on other groups within the operations function.
• Consult on present state, develop alternative future-state approaches, and facilitate implementations by creating a clear and coherent approach to guide effective program/initiative setup, execution, and control.
• Identify mapping discrepancies, risks, dependencies, and impacts, driving resolution with business and technology partners.
• Lead the development, maintenance, and governance of data mapping documentation, including target codes, MPIDs, variables, and correspondence requirements.
• Partner with Development, Testing, Operations, Provisioning, and Client Engagement teams to ensure accurate and timely delivery of correspondence solutions.
• Support MessagePoint & Exstream provisioning requirements and validate final configurations align with approved business requirements.
• Participate in project planning, intake reviews, release readiness activities, and issue resolution efforts across correspondence programs.
• Drive continuous improvement opportunities to enhance data quality, operational efficiency, and governance practices.
