Job summary

Day-to-day work centers on data mapping, governance, and collaboration with multiple business and technology units to ensure accurate delivery of content for print and digital channels.

Responsibilities

• Advise on design, development and implementation of complex products and services.
• Lead activities of a team on special initiatives and provide technical guidance.
• Translate business requirements into data mapping specifications.
• Develop and govern data mapping documents, target codes and variables.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of correspondence solutions.
• Support provisioning requirements and validate configurations align with requirements.
• Participate in planning, release readiness and issue-resolution efforts.
• Drive continuous improvement in data quality and governance.
