Bank of America is seeking an Operations Professional to support Global Credit Operations in the United States. You will analyze complex processes, advise on design and implementation of systems, and lead initiatives across teams to ensure accurate, efficient execution.

The role requires strong Excel skills, critical thinking, and clear communication with stakeholders. You will work in an in-office environment with standard 40-hour weeks and 1st shift duties, contributing to responsible growth

Responsabilités

• Advises on the design, development, and implementation of complex products, systems, and services in an operations environment using discretionary judgment.
• Advises on projects and directs activities of a team related to special initiatives.
• Acts as a technical expert in assigned area, understanding the business unit's operations processes and implications on other groups.
• Consults on present-state, develops future-state approaches, and facilitates implementations with clear plans.
• Identifies and recommends responsibilities and accountabilities for key programs/projects.
